Dominik Mierzejewski

Dr. prof. Marcin Obijalski

Director of the Revitalization Office. Graduate School of International Studies in Łódź. He has a bachelor’s degree with specialization in European Integration and Master’s degree with specialization in International Economic Relations. He completed post-graduate studies in the field of Local Government at the Faculty of Law of the University of Łódź.

In 2002-2006 member of the Board of the European Society Initiative that is part of the Monitoring Committee of the National Development Plan. In 2003-2007, he had a certificate of accreditation by the National System of Preparations for Structural Funds.

Since 2008, an expert in the evaluation of projects in the field of strengthening of civil society, including support for non-governmental organizations and the social and economic partners (evaluation of more than 250 projects under the Operational Programme Human Capital).

From 2012, the expert adviser for the evaluation of the strategy implementation directory of innovative projects and validate the final products in the area of good governance and the Employment and Social Inclusion at the Centre for European Projects.

In the years 2012 – 2013 Deputy Director of the Department of Buildings and Premises UMŁ, responsible, among others, for the Implementation of the refurbishment program “Mia100 Townhouses” Including complex repairs of municipal houses. Director formed in October 2013, The Revitalization and Development Office of Developing City (current name “The Revitalization Office”) responsible for the Implementation of the Programme “Mia100 Townhouses” and the preparation and coordination of the revitalization process, including the Implementation of regulations under the Act on the revitalization of October 2015 year.

Starting form 2015 an expert from projects evaluation within the WER of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and the Center of European Projects.

Jarosław Żak

Director of Operations at HATRANS Ltd. Graduate from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Technical University of Łódź and the Faculty of Economics of the University of Łódź, he graduated from the study executive MBA. As part of the holding, office director.

Working as Operating Director he was involved in creating business solutions, in cooperation with external partners, trade negotiations and implementation of solutions, logistics and customs.

He participated in developing the concept of the functioning of the multimodal terminal in the framework of the concept of OBOR (One Belt One Road).

Zdzisław Stoszek

Deputy Project Director Centre for Investment Realization PKP PLK S.A.. From the beginning of his career, that is, from 1980 he was connected with the rail in the Łódź region. He started work as a traffic controller, from which through various positions related to railway operation came to the post of director of the Department of Railways in Łódź. One of the biggest contracts, which led to modernize the railway line Warsaw – Łódź, which is in two stages have a value of 2.7 billion zł.

He currently directs the project “Capacity enhancement of Łódź Railway Junction (TEN-T), stage II, section Fabryczna – Łódź Kaliska / Boat Żabieniec”. The estimated value of the project about 2 100 million PLN net. The lecture will be devoted to the project of building the railway multimodal Łódź Fabryczna from the point of view of the customer PKP Polish Railway Lines S.A.

Błażej Moder

Director of EC1 Łódź – City of Culture. EC1 Łódź is a cultural institution run by the City of Łódź and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. The institution is located in a revitalized 20th century plant. As part of the EC1 are three main centers of cultural National Center for Film Culture, Science and Technology Center, Center for Comics and Narrative Interactive. Worth 100 million project is one of the largest cultural projects currently implemented in Poland. Before becoming the director of EC1, he managed program entitled. “New Center of Łódź”, being responsible, among others, for the coordination, implementation and development of this program.

Holds a Master of International Relations and Political Science at the University of Łódź. In 2014, he was among the 40 young European leaders participating in the program “40under40.”

Is a member of the Civic Development Forum Foundation and the Polish Economic Society and the Mont Pelerin Society.

Andrzej Wasilewski

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics – Sociology of the University of Łódź. He also completed engineering studies at the Organization of Railway Transport Engineering Warsaw University of Technology. With the train is bound for 30 years.

In the years 2008- 2013 he was the director of Łódź Department of Regional Transports.

Since March 2013 Chairman of the Board of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway.

Jakub Oczkowski

The contract manager on the project route W-Z (East-West). Graduate from Rzeszów University of Technology in construction, specializing in building construction and civil engineering, construction and maintenance of bridges. Member of the Carpathian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers. He has many years of experience as a manager of bridge works and the construction manager.

He designed and built m. In. The upper route, including one overpass road and one rail.

Włodzimierz Galus

The contract manager on the project Widzew Stadium, a graduate of the Technical University of Lublin on the building with a specialization in roads, streets, airports. He has many years experience as a construction manager.

He was also Head of bridge works and construction manager of the bridge over the Vistula River during the construction of the first stage of the Pulawy bypass and supervised the construction of many bridges and overpasses throughout Polish.

Wiktor Kostrzewski

Graduate School of Computer Science in Łódź majoring in computer science and postgraduate studies in project management in the Main School of Commerce in Warsaw. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SQL Server 2008,Implementation and Maintenance. For two years he was participating in CCNA course. Over 5 years associated with the IT industry. At the moment student at Clark University in Łódź, Master of Science in Professional Communication & MBA – Information Systems.

His passion for new technologies and management. In my spare time he writes a blog or granted as a volunteer.

He works as an administrator support ABB. Active member in the PMI structure since 2016.

Magdalena Walczak
